Consent Sheet

The legal agreement behind the story. Using the studio means you accept it.

Who may sit

Sitting here requires you to be 18 or over, and of full age wherever you live. Looking after the account, and its password, is your part.

What the service is

A work of entertainment: chats with imaginary characters voiced by an AI model. A character holds no qualification, and nothing she says is fact, or advice on health, piercing, tattooing, law or any other matter. She may be wrong, and often is, charmingly.

Plans and payment

A Regular seat is paid for ahead in USDT and covers a set number of days; it does not renew. Once the days are running the studio hands back none of them: it grants no refunds at all, except where law requires one. A payment that arrives short, or that crosses the wrong chain, usually cannot be recovered, and the front desk owns no tool to trace it.

What you may not do

Do not break the house law or any statute, dodge the chat's limits, hammer the site, scrape it or sell on a way in. Any account found doing so may be suspended or shut.

Your words

What you type remains yours. You allow us to hold and handle it so the studio can operate safely, and automatic checks read messages in order to apply the rules.

Changes and closing

Any part of the site can be altered, paused or retired, and so can any artist. If a change touches what you receive, it appears in the bench log first. The site is provided as found, with just the warranty the law itself attaches, and what we could owe you stops at what you paid across the previous month, wherever the law allows such a cap.
